Failed to transfer files via ADB and VRSideLoader

I am trying to test a build, and am not sure how to load it onto the headset. I have setup developer mode, and set it to transfer files. But ADB & VRSideLoader are not recognizing the device as connected.

As you mentioned have setup the developer mode, just do confirm did you enabled USB debugging in Developer menu? If you have already enabled it but cannot find the device with adb, please try with another USB port on your PC.

Also you had set it to transfer files, can you see the internal storage of the device on your PC file explorer? If yes, you may simple copy the apk to it and install in HMD file manager.
