[UE4] Failed to package the project

Question

When I try to package the project, it always shows:

"Error: An explicit Category specifier is required for Blueprint accessible functions in an Engine module."

And the report is from this file: "PicoBlueprintFunctionLibrary.h"

Can anyone help me? Thanks.

I had the same error when I placed the SDK under Engine/Plugins/Runtime. But when moving the SDK plugins to project folder, it doesnt report this error.
