System package device SN

Question

When downloading PUI system package for Pico Neo 3 I am asked about the 6th digit of the device SN. None of our devices have an 'N' or 'M' in the sixth digit of the SN. I get the SN from ADB when using 'adb devices'. I also get the same SN in the About page in the headset.

How do I know what package to download?

Alright, thank you. On of our headsets have a D as the 7th digit. What does that mean?
