Toggle Auto date and hour blocked

Question

Last week, I was able to use the toggle to disable the Auto setting for hour and date, but today this Toggle is blocked. I can click it but nothing is happening, and I can't change hour and date.

I'm on developer mode and have everything up-to-date

Dear developer,
Could you please tell us what is the device model you are using and the PUI version?
We suggest that please try to restart the device first. And If possible, please try to restore factory Settings to check whether the device can be restored to normal.

Device : Pico Neo 3 Pro
PUI Version : 4.6.3

Already try to restart a few times, did nothing. I wish, I could avoid factory reset but if it's the only way, i'll try that.
