Hi!

My Pico Neo 3 Pro Eye VR Headset doesn't work after updating. I tried to reboot my headset several times but no luck.

I tried to reset via recovery mode and Wipe Data/Factory Reset. The procedure was successful but the headset doesn't start. So, I guess I should update my firmware via ADB (because my model has no SD card slot).

Please, send me the instruction how to connect my headset to Windows 11 with a computer cable, and the ROM file for updating headset via "Apply update from ADB" with ROM file.

Dear developer,
Could you please tell us witch way do you upgrade the system? And from which version did your system upgrade, and to which version?
When you say the device doesn't start, do you mean that the device cannot be turned on?
Try holding down the power button for 15 seconds first to see if you can forcibly restart the device fi.

I try to upgrade the system via WiFi from version 4.3.34 to version 4.6.3.
After download complete, the system was rebooted.

After reboot the system was complete, the system entered to the FastBoot Mode.

If I holding down the power for 15 seconds, device enter to the FastBoot Mode (the system show to Pico logotype twice and then enter to the FastBoot Mode).

If I choose any FastBoot mode menu options (reboot or poweroff or any other), headset enter to the FastBoot Mode

Have you tried to restore factory Settings in FastBoot mode? If not, please try restoring factory Settings in FastBoot mode.

Sure.

I tried these paths and all of them finished with no luck:
1. recovery mode, wipe data / factory reset, enter fastboot, reboot system now - no luck (system entered to Fastboot mode & device state is LOCKED)
2. recovery mode, wipe data / factory reset, reboot bootloader, recovery mode, reboot system, (see fastboot mode), start - no luck (system entered to Fastboot mode & device state is LOCKED)
3. recovery mode, wipe data / factory reset, enter fastboot, reboot to bootloader, start - no luck (system entered to Fastboot mode & device state is LOCKED)
4. recovery mode, wipe data / factory reset. Wait 2hours but nothing changed (I see only recovery menu)

sure, after I selected Reboot Now option in the FastBoot mode, the headset reboot to FastBoot mode (nothing changed)

Also, please send me file for "Apply update from ADB" & "Apply update from SD card" options. And step-by-step instruction how can I "Apply update from ADB".

Sorry, "Apply update from ADB" & "Apply update from SD card" cannot be used.
We suggest that contact the salesperson from where you bought the device.
Ask the salesperson to take a look at the device and see if he can help restore the system.
