Loud buzzing sound on left speaker when connected with DP

I'm currently setting up a Neo 3 Pro using the official DP cable and Pico Streaming Assistant DP Edition. As soon as I start SteamVR there is a loud buzzing sound constantly coming out of the left speaker. Otherwise it works, including sound, but there is always the constant background buzzing. Any solution to this?

Dear developer,
Could you please tell us what version of DP Stream Assistant are you using? And what is the PUI version?
And please try to see if the speaker on the left will buzz when DP stream is not used. Like when playing a video.

While I did check for PUI updates yesterday it told me my system was up to date. Upon checking the version number today I noticed that an update was now available and after running it my sound issues are fixed. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
