2D theater mode

Hi!

We're creating a solution that does not need to be published on the appstore, but rather as a part of our own fleet of VR headsets.

Is there a possibility for us to recreate the theater mode application?
I assume it's just an APK that can render other applications

Could we get some tips on how to do this? :)

and if you just wang an app that can run 2d app in a 2d canvas in headset, sorry there is no way to do it.
