Problem with preview tool and wired connection (Unity & Pico neo 3 eye pro)

Question

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to use the Preview tool. I have no problem connecting my Pico neo 3 headset and my computer with the wireless connection.

But unfortunately, I failed to make the wired connection. When I try to click on the “wired connection” button on my VR headset, nothing happens…

Is it possible to give me some tips on “how to do that”? Or maybe some reasons why it does not work?

Dear developer,
A successful wired connection should generate a virtual network on the PC. Generally, the connection failure may be caused by firewall interception or virtual network generation failure.
Try turning off the firewall or adding previewTool to the whitelist.
In addition, try using the DP port to see if wired connections is successful.
