Most of the examples that I have seen from here https://github.com/picoxr/support use the older XR Rig (Device based) for the player controller. I was wondering if that is a must or can we use XR Origin (Action based) and if so, is there an example out there for setting up the actions and everything?
I'm developing for Pico Neo eye Pro 3 using Unity.

You can use the XR Origin(Action based).
You can use the Pico Unity Sdk + XR Interaction Toolkit.
