Question

i want to change splash Image, so i follow your document this https://sdk.picovr.com/docs/SplashCustomize/chapter_two.html

but 'fastboot oem splash unlock' is not working

fastboot oem device-info
(bootloader) Verity mode: true
(bootloader) Device unlocked: false
(bootloader) Device critical unlocked: false
(bootloader) Charger screen enabled: false

if i command 'fastboot oem splash unlock'

fastboot oem splash unlock
FAILED (remote: 'unknown command')
fastboot: error: Command failed

show like this.
other fastboot command return error 'unknown command'
so can you help me? I want to remove firstframe splash

my PUI version is 2.4.34

May I ask is your device Pico Neo3 pro or Pico Neo3 ? And your PUI is 2.4.34 ?

It seems this is again not possible on PUI 4.5.30.

If I do: fastboot oem help

It returns:
(bootloader) oem help
(bootloader) oem setenforce (0~1)

So it seems like splash unlock and unlock are not available options even though I have the property sys.oem.unlock_allowed 1

Maybe I have installed the incorrect USB drivers? Can you link the Pico's usb_driver.zip if possible please.

I use “fastboot oem help” to see the commands available for “fastboot oem”. So when I type that command, it tells me that I can do “fastboot oem help” and “fastboot oem setenforce” but not “fastboot oem unlock” or “fastboot oem splash unlock”. I am ideally wanting to be able to do “fastboot oem unlock” so that the bootloader is unlocked so I can run a command to install the firmware as I have a lot of devices to update. In a few weeks I want to be able to do “fastboot oem splash unlock” too so I can change the splash screen.

Could you please tell us what is the type of device you use?
The previous method that contains "fastboot oem splash unlock" does not apply to Neo 3 Pro series devices.
For Neo 3 Pro series devices have their own setup methods:
